Throughout my two decades in product leadership, I've learned that while complexity can appear impressive, it rarely propels teams forward. Clarity, on the other hand, is essential. It transforms vision into action, alignment into momentum, and ambition into tangible results.
Before founding GuidePoint Labs, I spearheaded transformations for global SaaS organizations, scaling platforms to over $100 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR), unifying teams through mergers, and pioneering responsible AI practices for Fortune 100 clients.
My experiences at SocialChorus and Firstup taught me how systems scale, while my time at Collette illustrated the importance of clarity alongside speed. Together, these experiences have shaped my leadership style today: grounded, purposeful, and averse to busywork that masquerades as progress.
